This is my very first blog post... ever! Its sort of funny as I feel like I am supposed to be sharing about my life... and I am just not sure where to start! So, I guess I will start with today! Today is my darling husband Dan's birthday! I am sure he won't mind that I share with you all that he is turning 37 today. I told Dan yesterday that 37 sounds like such a distinguished age. Not necessarily old but not necessarily young either. I think he sort of thought I was making a wise crack. But, I wasn't... not really anyway!
I love it when it is someone I love 's birthday! I cannot wait for him to get home from work. We do not have anything terribly exciting planned (thats a bit hard to do with our new baby!) but we are going to revel in really unhealthy food... pizza, an oreo cookie ice cream cake and peach wine coolers! I also got Dan a sort of funny gift which I think he'll like... I got him a brown leather swanky looking betta fish tank. Sort of hard to explain to I will have to post a picture once we get it all set up. He's mentioned this before and I thought I'd give it try. Besides, I like the idea of giving him something that is ALIVE!
Well, there it is. My first blog post. I am going to publish it now and then get back to making the house look nice for when my sweetie gets home! Ciao!
